General Information
- Your flight information is contained in your flight offer
- All participants must be at the departure airport a full 5 hours before your trip
All participants must depart with the group from the departure airport stated in their flight offer - All participants must return back to the aiport stated in their flight offer
- Your counselors will provide you with the group meeting point at the airport about 2 weeks before your trip departure
- All flight times stated are the local times respective of the departure / arrival cities
- Participants are responsible for getting themselves to the airport of departure at their own expense
Participants with connecting flights
You MUST make sure that your connecting flight arrives into your departure airport (stated in your flight offer) at least 5hrs before the flight departs. You must take into consideration flight delays, lugguage collection etc. Please note that flight times sometimes change and we do encourage all participants to check the online flight schedules for your departure airline before booking any connecting flights.
Any participant whose connecting flight does not arrive in 5 hrs before their Taglit-Birthright Israel Flight departs, may be removed from the flight.

Ticket Extensions

Important information
- If you do not intend to use your return flight ticket, you must send an email to info@israelonthehouse.com advising us that you have made other travel arrangement and would like your return ticket from Israel to the US canceled.
- If you do not intend to fly on the original or new extended return date you must advise the airline. Failure to do so will result in your return ticket becoming “NULL and VOID” and you will be responsible for buying a one-way ticket back home.
- Ticket Extensions are not refundable.
- If you cancel your trip and have made an extension, you will forfeit the money for the ticket extension.
